Processing technique: Wine production in white. Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel silos and permanence on its leaven per about 3-4 months. Temperature of fermentation 15-17 °C
Refinement: Refinement in bottle per about 2 months
Tasting notes: intense, aromatic with notes of citrus and flower
Taste: Aromatic taste, smooth, fresh, very soft and persistent
Matchings: Perfect with fish dish and sea food
Serving temperature: 8 - 10 °C
