Place: Sicily, Salemi(TP), Santa NInfa(TP)
Year: 2011
Grapes Inzolia 50%, Müller Thurgau 50%
Classificazione: IGP SICILIA
Grape-Harvest Time: In the middle of August for the Müller, first ten days of September for the Inzolia. The grapes are harvested in the early hours of the day.
Winemaking: The grapes of Müller and Inzolia are vinified separately in steel tanks at controlled temperatureof 16–18 °C. When the fermentation is complete, follow the the maturation in steel tanks and the refining in the bottle for about 2 months.
Characteristics: Yellow straw colour with light green highlights. Elegant on the nose with floral notes. Harmonious on the palate, slightly petillant with an actrattive acidity.
Food Pairing Suggestions: Ideal served with appetizers, shellfish and fish dishes.
