Farming system: Cultivation “a contro spalliera” and cleaning “a cordone speronato”
Alcohol grade: 12,5 %
Processing technique: The grapes are subjected at soft pressing. Fermentation of grape juice must at controlled temperature.
Refinement: The wine is sold after maturation in bottle for at least 2 months
Tasting notes: Wine shows a strong personality linked with fruit and floreal sensation, elegant and vast. Si notano yellow peach, plum, and sensation of mediteranean flowers
Taste: Flavor and softness are joined in pleasant effect
Matchings: Perfect if it is joined with smooky fish, sea fruits, anchovy and first dish even in hover. Good in tuna salad, eggplants roll and stuffed mussel
Serving temperature: 9 - 11 °C
Size of the bottle: 75 Cl
