Processing technique: The grapes are harvested when get the right maturation. Ante Maceration in cold per three days, before than traditional at controlled temperature at 25°C. This help the picking of aromas to get the right tannin that will be soft and smooth
Refinement: The 20% of wine take the alcoholic fermentation in barrique Allier of mid toasted and of first step. After 4 months of refinement, it is joined to the other part. Mature in stainless at controlled temperature per 12 months. In this way is got a fragrant wine, fresh with notes of fruit and preserve the characteristic variety of structure and strong that Syrah shows in the hot climate of Sicily
Tasting notes: Scent is smooth with notes of mature fruit and spice typical of this vine plantation and with pleasant notes of vanilla
Taste: Taste is fulfill and delicate with sweet and elegant tannin
Matchings: Red meat, game and roast
Size of the bottle: 75 Cl
