Processing technique: The wine producing in stainless steel silos and maceration at cappella per about 10 days at controlled temperature
Refinement: When alcoholic fermentation is taken, the 40% of wine is lied in barrique of second and third passage per 12 months, while the other part goes ahead with the fermentation in tank
Tasting notes: In nose intense and harmonious notes of cherry, berry and spice are exalted
Taste: IIn mouth is strong, creamy but in the same time is elegant and persistent
Serving temperature: 16 - 18 °C
Size of the bottle: 75 Cl
