Color: Intense golden yellow with strawberry reflection
Vite: Malvasia di Lipari and corinto nero
Location vineyards: Malfa, isle of Salina in the arcipelago of Eolie
Harvest Time: late September
Farming system: Vine plantation cultivate at spalliera
Alcohol grade: 13,5 %
Processing technique: After the harvesting the grapes are lied and whiter under the sun per about 20 days directly of traditional drying rack. The passola rich of fruit is pressed and after a short contact in cold with skins, the separate must is subjected to a slow fermentation at controlled temperature till get the natural fermentation lock
Refinement: Maturation per about 5 in barrique of 225 lt of precious oak. Following refinement in bottle per at least 3 months
Tasting notes: Scent is wide, rich of particular notes of honey and officinal plant such as jasmine and oregano
Taste: Taste sweet, fulfill and soft, big structure, pleasant aromatic of Mediterranean grass, grapes, apricot
Matchings: Dry pastry with ice cream. Particular matching with spicy soft cheese and duck's liver. The best for meditation
Serving temperature: 12 - 14 °C
Size of the bottle: 50 Cl
