Farming system: Vines plantation at “Alberello” of Marsala
Alcohol grade: 19 %
Processing technique: Pressing of high sugar content to transform in must the precious substances contained in skins. Fermentation at controlled temperature and preparation of tanning with the adding of wine obtained from distilled of wine in according to tradition of Marsala Vergine.
Refinement: More than 10 years in precious oak rack of 300 lt. Bottle maturation for at least one year.
Tasting notes: Deep scent with notes of vanilla, honey and toasted hazelnut
Taste: Tasting dry and soft with notes of liquorice and almond joined in harmonious note of vanilla
Matchings: Good as aperitif with appetizer of smosky fish or with hard cheeses mid savory. Big wine with extraordinary persistence .
Serving temperature: 10 - 12 °C
