Processing technique: The grapes lying to stainless, with maceration at temperature of 25 °C per about 10 days
Refinement: When malolattic fermentation end, the wine is putted in French oak barriques per 12 months and other 9 moths for refinement
Tasting notes: Olfactory follow of black berry notes, soft fruits
Taste: In mouth is fresh, savory, intriguing like its mediterranean earth
Serving temperature: 18 °C
Size of the bottle: 1200 Cl
