Location vineyards: Contrada Mandranova, in Camporeale, 400 mt ULS
Processing technique: In contact with skins per 12 months in stainless steel silos at controlled temperature
Harvest Time: 1° - 2° week of September, manual harvesting, selected grapes
Farming system: Spalliera with cordone speronato
Maturation in bottle: 6 months in bottle at temperature 18°C
Refinement: 10 months in barrique of oak Allier
Alcohol grade: 14 %
Tasting notes: In nose is rich and elegant, where are notes of red berry, black berry, cacao, graphite, humus, toasted coffee, black spice which create an intriguing bouquet
Taste: powerful, velvety with great personality, deep mediterranean, perfect structure with lively and balanced tannin
Matchings: An attitude to be protagonist. It is a wine for important moment and for structured dishes. Perfect with sauce of sausage or black pig. As dessert can be match with chocolate and seasoned cheese
Serving temperature: 16/18 °C
Size of the bottle: 75 cl
