Processing technique: the grapes are harvested when get the right maturation, lying in little stainless steel silos, long maceration per more than 2 weeks for cabernet sauvignon
Refinement: When fermentation ends, the wine are putted in French oak barriques where its will stay for refinement per 18 months before being assembled and bottled. Refinement in bottle per at least 6 months
Tasting notes: wide and complex olfactory sensation, with variety notes
Taste: Body with good structure, long after taste
Matchings: Red meat, seasoned cheese
