Tasting notes: Intense and persistent with delicate notes of flowers which remember pleasant scent of spring rose.
Taste: In mouth is intense, velvety, harmonious and elegant with strong and persistent notes of fruits
Matchings: Ideal with fresh fish, in particular sea food and craw fish. Precious on vapor swordfish
Serving temperature: 9 °C
