Winery: Gorghi Tondi
Year: 2011
Classification: Protected Geographical Indication Sicily
Production Area: Western Sicily, Mazara del Vallo area
Grape Variety: 100% Grillo, overmaturation of the grapes on the plant with subsequent development of Botrytis Cinerea (noble rot)
Harvest by hand in wooden crates, 1 st - 10 th October
Vinification soft pressing, must is cooled in 5 hl. stainless steel vats, natural fermentation at controlled temperature of 15° C for 1 month
Ageing: 4 months in French oak barrels and 3 months in bottle
Alcohol Content: 13% vol.
Size: 50 Cl
