Composition of earth:	Argillaceous structure in chalky basement
Technique of wine producing:	Follow the quality of vines plantation, subjected to grapes clearing or soft pressed in pneumatic wine press with central lung. The must ferment in part with thermo conditioned silos and in other part in barrique of oak
Bottling:	Six month after grape harvest, the wine from barrique of the precedent year is mixed with the wine of stainless steel silos; after it is bottled and remains in cellar, at controller temperature, till the moment of distribution, which doesn’t start before last of June of following year of grape harvest.
Color:	Straw wine with green reflections
Scent:	Deep and characteristic of green Inzolia’s clone, which exalt original and sweet essences, with notes of flower, fruit, in particular tropical and citrus fruits.
Taste:	Dry and harmonic with beautiful acidity that recall in nose the aromatic part
Alcohol rate:	12,5-13,0% Vol. in according to year of production
Serving with:	Appetizer, fish, white meat, mushroom and truffle and in general with delicate food
Temperature:	We counsel to serve at 12° C
Duration:	Four years or more if it is saved in right places and at temperature of 12° C
