Processing technique: Controlled fermentation temperature in stainless steel. Temperature 16- 18° C. To Last 10 – 12 days
Tasting notes: The scent is fine and mellow with white note of flowers
Taste: tasting is fresh with a tempting sharpness
Matchings: Table wine, It can be match to dish of fish,shellfish, seafood and soft cheese.
Serving temperature: Serving at cold temperature
Size of the bottle: 37,5 Cl
